DTC (Deutsche - Tourenwagen - Challenge). The Procar Series have existed since 2001 as a championship for Super Production cars under the name DTC. Ford and Hotfiel Sport had a very important presence in the early and middle parts of the history of the series with Thomas Klenke winning the championship in 2002 and Michael Funke in 2004.
